Swapnil Keer began their career in 2010 as a Network Engineer at CMS Info system Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for designing system configuration, installation, reporting and documentation. In 2012, they moved to Siemens Enterprise Communication Pvt .Ltd, as an Account Associate - Service, where they handled installation and commission of NICE Server with RAID configuration, NICE Logger 8.9, NICE Perform, and managed Interoffice Communication over the IP Backbone using SIP Trunking & H. 323 Trunking. In 2013, they joined NICE Interactive Solution India Pvt Ltd, as a Field Support Engineer, where they leveraged support and maintained all Development Bank of Singapore branches for NICE Perform 3.2 through the NICE sentinel servers. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Engineer at both BT India Pte Ltd. and Aeradio Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd. In 2018, they joined BT as a Product Specialist, where they planned and delivered various recorder platform projects and implemented and delivered multiple projects on defined timelines. In 2022, Swapnil Keer took on roles as a SME Voice Recording at Kerv and a Senior Delivery and Support Engineer at Trusted Data Solutions.

Swapnil Keer has a diverse educational background. Swapnil completed their BE in Electronics & Telecommunication from Mumbai University, India between 2008 and 2010.
