Jeff Gary

Jeff Gary is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. As the Founder and CEO of The JMG Group since 2005, Jeff has focused on innovative healthcare solutions, including mental health services and cost containment strategies. In addition, Jeff served as Chief Strategy Officer at TPN.health beginning in January 2025, and held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Kindly Human from January 2024 to January 2025, achieving significant revenue growth during that tenure. Previously, Jeff was the Chief Executive Officer at OneShare Health, where an $11 million turnaround was successfully completed in 18 months. Prior to these roles, Jeff held various positions as Chief Growth Officer and Executive Sales Professional at major healthcare companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and UnitedHealth Group from 1995 to 2005. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
