Philip Bouchard has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1984 as a Senior Financial Analyst at IBM ROLM. Philip then moved to Electronic Arts in 1989 as a Director of Finance. In 1994, they became the Chief Financial Officer of CAPS Productions, a software developer and publisher. Philip then moved to Genuity in 1997 as the Chief Financial Officer, followed by ThinkLink in 1998 in the same role. In 2000, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Avasta, and in 2004 they became the Chief Operating Officer of Health Hero Network. In 2005, they became a Member Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Kindergarten Association. In 2007, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Global Netoptex, Inc. and in 2011 they founded TrustedPeer Entrepreneurship, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer.

Philip Bouchard's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago, and high school from The Governor's Academy in 1973.
