Andrea Floro

Andrea Floro is an experienced program manager with seven years of management experience. Andrea is currently the account manager at TrustedSec, and previously worked at LifeAct of Northeast Ohio from November 2013 to March 2020.

At LifeAct, Andrea was responsible for curriculum management, revision and dissemination; technology integration for programming relevance and leverage as the team of instructors expanded; coordinating with a third-party educational services provider, including for training and equipping their employees to deliver the program; working directly with school administrators and staff to bring the program to their facilities and constantly improve services; designing new systems and processes for data management, including integrating a state-of-the-art metrics package for validating program delivery efficacy & ROI for funders; and building collaborative relationships with community organizations and individuals to leverage resources and opportunities for maximum impact.

Andrea Floro has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology & Business from Grove City College. Andrea has also taken a Corporate Finance class at Harvard Extension School.
