Shane Hartman

Shane Hartman is a Senior Incident Response Consultant at TrustedSec. Shane has over 25 years of experience in the information security field. Shane started their career as a Security Specialist with Zenith Insurance Company in 1996. Shane then went on to work as an Adjunct Instructor at Keiser University in 2007. In 2010, Shane became a Malcode Engineer with iSIGHT Partners. Shane then became a Malware Analyst with FireEye, Inc. in 2016. In 2017, Shane began working as an Incident Response Consultant with RSA Security and they held that position until 2021 when they joined TrustedSec.

Shane Hartman received their Masters from the University of Central Florida and their Bachelor from the University of Phoenix. Shane is certified from (ISC)² in CISSP and from GIAC in GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM).

They are on a team with Scott Nusbaum - Principal Research Analyst, Scot Berner - Senior Security Consultant, and Matt Andreko - Senior Security Consultant. Shane Hartman reports to Martin Bos, CSO & VP of Consulting Services.
