Jim Rice

Jim Rice has a strong background in the financial services industry, with a focus on mortgage lending. Their most recent position was as a National Account Director at TrustEngine, where they utilized the TrustEngine Borrower Intelligence Platform to provide mortgage advisors with scripts and presentations that showed borrowers their best loan options based on their unique financial situation. Prior to that, they held the same role at Mortgage Coach, where they helped transform the conversation of home ownership from rates and fees to financial advice. Jim also served as a National Account Director at Sales Boomerang, combining customer analytics and engagement automation with borrower intelligence to improve communication with customers and prospects. Earlier in their career, Jim was a Managing Director at Supporting Strategies, providing bookkeeping and operational support to commercial business owners. Before that, they were the Head Business Consultant/President at MJR Consulting Services, offering financial services expertise to corporations. Jim also served as the Managing Director/President at Accredited Field Services, specializing in REO loss mitigation and property preservation. Jim's career began as the Founder/President & CEO of Cumberland Mortgage, Inc., a highly successful residential lending company that generated over $1 billion in loan volume and received the "People's Choice Award" for five consecutive years.

Jim Rice has studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at Lansing Community College and the University of Maryland. Jim has also obtained the MEDDPICC certification from MEDDICC in January 2023.
