Rom Hendler

Rom Hendler is the current CEO of Trustifi. Rom has worked closely with CEOs, Presidents, and Executive Vice Presidents in the preparation of presentations to Wall Street analysts, investors, board of directors, shareholders, and credit rating agencies. Hendler has also overseen and directed the capital expenditure and annual budget processes, the corporate financial model, and the 8 quarter rolling forecast connecting operations planning with finance. Furthermore, they have reviewed the corporate budget expenses and the properties performance; developed, evaluated, and reviewed operations of departments; and ensured assets are managed for the attainment of company’s goals. Hendler has also driven process enhancement, efficiencies, and labor analysis. Prior to their current position, Hendler served as the Chief Executive Officer of Innovel - TravelTech, Open Innovation center from March 2016 to September 2020. Additionally, Hendler was the Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Las Vegas Sands from October 2009 to August 2013. Lastly, they were the Vice President of Strategic Marketing of THE VENETIAN/THE PALAZZO RESORT HOTEL AND CASINO from January 2000 to October 2009.

Hendler has a MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMHI- Cornell/Essec. Institut de Management Hotelier Internationale and a B.Sc in Hotel/F&B Management and Nutrition from HEBREW UNIVERSITY OF JERUSALEM.
