Sudip Kafle

Sudip Kafle is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading teams and developing innovative technology solutions. Currently serving as a Staff/Lead Software Engineer at TrustLab since April 2024, Sudip spearheads a team focused on trust and safety solutions through the integration of large language models (LLMs) with human workers, achieving significant improvements in content moderation efficiency. Prior roles include a Staff Software Engineer at Delivery Hero, where Sudip led a team in creating machine learning-based products and overseeing the deployment of regression models, and a Software Engineer position at sellercrowd, where Sudip contributed to two user-facing products. Sudip co-founded Phunka Technologies, leading the technical team and engaging with partners and investors. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus.
