Johan was appointed CEO of Trustly in 2022 after serving as Chairman since 2020. In 2014, Johan founded Bambora, an international payments processor for in-store and online retailers. Following Ingenico’s acquisition of Bambora in July 2017, Johan served as Ingenico’s EVP Small & Medium Business and, until most recently, as EVP of Retail Business. Prior to founding Bambora, Johan served as CFO and later CEO of Point, a leading European payment services provider.
