John Hedlund

John Hedlund is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Trustly, a position held since June 2020, following a role as a User Experience Researcher. Prior experience includes usability research at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden from June 2016 to June 2020 and previous research work during a master thesis. Earlier in the career, John worked as a warehouse worker at ASKO Norge AS and gained experience in quality assurance at GETRAG All Wheel Drive AB, operations as a technician at Mälarenergi AB, and machine operation at Volvo Group. John holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from Luleå University of Technology, obtained in 2018.
