Vi N. is an experienced People & Culture professional with a focus on fostering organizational culture and employee engagement in global environments. Currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at Trustly since January 2021, Vi N. supports high-growth settings and implements strategies for performance management, diversity and inclusion, and effective onboarding processes. Prior experience includes roles in HR operations and event management at Tangible Science, where Vi N. improved company culture and managed HR functions, as well as customer service and advocacy positions at Wondermall and the Santa Barbara Rape Crisis Center. Vi N. holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
