Edward O'Gwynn

Edward O'Gwynn, III is a seasoned commercial banking executive with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Currently, they serve as President of Commercial Banking for Coastal Alabama and Mississippi at Trustmark Bank, a position held since 2023. Previously, they were the Market President at Truist from 2019, and held the role of Area Executive and Market President at BB&T, where they emphasized building relationships with business owners. Edward started their career as a part-time teller while attending Auburn University, eventually becoming Regional President for Alabama Commercial Banking at Colonial Bank prior to its acquisition by BB&T.
