James Pierce

James Pierce has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, accumulating a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Compensation Program Manager and Vice President/Sr. HR Business Partner at Trustmark Bank since 2001, James has also held significant roles at Trustmark National Bank, BDS Distribution, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi, and Mississippi Valley Gas Company. James began a career in human resources after earning a degree in Business & Industry with a focus on Marketing from Mississippi State University in 1982.
