Toby Bennett

Toby Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Beginning in 2010, Toby interned at Travers Smith and later at Jones Day in 2011. In 2012, they completed a mini-pupillage at 2 Bedford Row - Criminal Barristers Chambers. Toby then joined the British Army in 2013, where they served in various roles, including Infantry Team Leader, Officer Cadet, Senior Manager, and NATO Project and Operations Advisor. In 2018, they participated in the Barclays Military Veterans Scheme before transitioning to Barclays Investment Bank as a Business Manager. Toby continued their career at Moelis & Company in 2020, holding the position of Business Manager until 2022. Currently, Toby is the Chief of Staff at Bitpanda Custody, a role they began in October 2022.

Toby Bennett's education history begins with their attendance at Uppingham School from 2001 to 2006, where they achieved A-levels with three A's. Toby then went on to pursue higher education at the University of St Andrews from 2007 to 2011, graduating with an MA (Hons) degree in History, achieving a 2:1 classification. Following this, Bennett enrolled in the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst from 2013 to 2014 and successfully completed the program, earning a commission into The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. In 2019, they obtained the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK. Lastly, in 2021, they participated in the Executive Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
