Mark Holt

Mark Holt's work experience includes various finance roles in multiple companies. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Trustonic since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Virgin Media O2 as the Finance Director - Capital Allocation and FP&A from November 2021 to June 2022, and as the Commercial Finance Director - Mobile from June 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Virgin Media O2, Mark was associated with O2 (Telefónica UK) for a significant period. Their roles at O2 included Commercial Finance Director - Mobile from July 2020 to May 2021, Director of Sales Finance from January 2017 to July 2020, Head of Finance - Sales and Service from December 2015 to December 2016, Head of Finance - Consumer from April 2014 to December 2015, Head of Treasury and Working Capital from August 2012 to March 2014, and Senior Finance Manager - Radio from July 2011 to July 2012.

Prior to their tenure at O2, Mark worked at Telefónica as the Finance Manager - Investor Relations from July 2010 to June 2011. Mark also had a secondment as the Business Planning Manager from November 2009 to June 2010 and served as the Country Finance Manager from January 2008 to October 2009.

Mark's earlier career includes roles at Telefonica as a Group Management Reporting Analyst from March 2007 to December 2007, mmO2 plc as the Head Office Finance Analyst from August 2004 to February 2007, and Bank of Scotland as a Fund Pricing Analyst (Contractor) from February 2004 to August 2004.

Mark Holt completed their Executive MBA degree from INSEAD from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Economics and Accounting, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Bristol between 2000 and 2003. Additionally, from 2004 to 2007, Mark pursued studies in Accounting and Business Management at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
