Ruslan Sezonenko has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technical support and engineering. Ruslan began their career at Simply Contact in 2015, where they served as a Support Specialist for two years. In 2017, they joined ISD as a Technical Support Engineer and worked there until 2018. Ruslan then moved to Pragmatic Play, where they worked as an Application Support Engineer from 2018 to 2019. Following this, they worked at Luxoft as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from 2019 to 2020. Ruslan then joined GlobalLogic in 2020, where they held the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer until 2023. Currently, they are working at Trustonic as a Senior Technical Support Engineer & DevOps.
Ruslan Sezonenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer System Networking and Telecommunications at Dnipro University of Technology from 2014 to 2018. Ruslan then went on to pursue their Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained the certification of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C01) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2019.
