Céline Gallon

Céline Gallon's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Céline is currently working at Trustpair as the VP People, where they focus on payment fraud prevention for large companies. Prior to that, they worked at Reflect as an Investor.

In their previous positions, Céline held the role of Chief People Officer at Qobuz and Consulting Manager at Kearney. Céline also worked at GROUPE MACIF as the Head of Change Management, Organization & Process Optimization, and earlier as the Head of Change Management.

Céline's experience in the banking industry includes working at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, where they held the role of HR analytics product owner / project manager. Céline was responsible for analyzing HR data and implementing analytics tools.

Before joining BNP Paribas, Céline worked as the People Development, Innovation, and Internal Communication Manager at CIB Global Markets. Céline started their career as a Junior Consultant at Stanwell Consulting and later had an internship in HR administration and management at CANAL OVERSEAS. Céline also worked on a consulting mission on the HR Intranet at Canal+.

Céline Gallon completed their education at ESCP Business School from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Mastère spécialisé degree in Ressources Humaines (Human Resources). Prior to that, they attended Ecole normale supérieure from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a "Prédotorat" degree in Philosophy. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Machine Learning Courses 1 & 2 from OpenClassrooms in April 2018, and in Prosci Change Management from Prosci in September 2017.
