Michaël Delay

Michaël Delay has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Michaël currently works at Trustpair as an Operations Manager since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hellio as a Manager, Customer Experience - Operations from November 2021 to September 2022. From July 2020 to November 2021, they served as an Operations Coordinator - French Mission, and from April 2019 to June 2020, they were a Pedagogical officer - French Mission at PLAY International.

Before that, Michaël worked as a Data engineer - Renewable energies (RE) at the Energy Regulatory Commission from February 2015 to April 2019. Michaël also co-founded Tour des Goodies, where they were involved in organizing cycling events and handling logistics from July 2011 to June 2018.

Additionally, Michaël gained experience as an Animateur dans un camp d'été de Basket at Team Basket Association (TBA) et Sport Elite Jeunes (SEJ) from July 2006 to July 2017, contributing to the development of technical skills and ensuring the overall well-being of participants. Michaël also served as a Responsable adjoint at Oval'Mines from August 2014 to June 2017, responsible for competition management, logistical preparations, administrative tasks, and budget monitoring.

During their educational journey, Michaël worked as a Post-master thesis student at AREVA Renewables from July 2014 to December 2014, and as an End-of-studies intern at the Office International de l'Eau from February 2013 to August 2013, where they gained experience in water resource management and project coordination. In addition, they completed an international internship at Ville en vert inc. from May 2012 to August 2012.

From 2007 to 2007, Michaël Delay obtained a Brevet d’Aptitude aux Fonctions d’Animateur from CEMEA Pays de la Loire. In 2008, they completed their Preparatory classes in Mathematics, physics, and engineering sciences at Lycée Saint-Martin, Angers. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued a BEES-1: Brevet d’État d’Éducateur Sportif (équivalent DEJEPS) 1er degré at CREPS Vichy-Auvergne. Then, from 2010 to 2013, they earned a Generalist engineer degree in Génie de l'Environnement from Ecole des Mines de Nantes. In 2013, they pursued a European Master EUREC - Post master's degree in Énergies Renouvelables from Mines Paris, and in 2014, they completed a European Master Renewable Energy EUREC - Post master's degree in Éolien Offshore et Énergies Marines from Instituto Superior Técnico.
