Sonia ZHAO

Sonia Zhao has a diverse work experience across a range of companies and roles. Sonia started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Orange Service TV, where they worked on a project called COCO, contributing as a project owner and software developer. Sonia then joined Ellypsis as a Secretary General, where they managed accounting and administrative tasks related to computer and network infrastructures. After that, they worked at Nokia as a Java Software Engineer, focusing on the development of the interface for configuring transmission equipment. Later, they joined Akka Technologies as a Ruby on Rails Software Engineer, with responsibilities that included software development. Currently, they work as a Back End Developer at Trustpair.

Sonia ZHAO completed their education at two different institutions. From 2011 to 2014, they attended ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique, where they earned a degree in Information System. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) from Cranfield University, specializing in Computational and Software Techniques in Engineering with a focus on Distributed Computing and E-Science. In August 2019, Sonia obtained an EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) with a score of 75/100 from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) institution.
