Aj Frances

AJ Frances serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Trustpilot since February 2022, also holding the title of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead. In addition, AJ Frances is an Advisory Board Member at Women in Tech SEO from August 2024. Previous experience includes serving as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at Experian from February 2018 to February 2022, where AJ Frances founded the Experian Pride LGBTQ+ Network and managed various impactful programs and strategies. AJ Frances has contributed to mental health initiatives, served as an Ambassador for THIS CAN HAPPEN, and supported digital marketing efforts at organizations such as Center Parcs UK and NHS England. AJ Frances holds a BSc (Hons) in Film and Television Production from the University of Greenwich.
