Clara Burns

Clara Burns currently serves as the Global Head of Content and Social at Trustpilot since March 2025, after previously holding the position of Global Head of Social Media. Prior to Trustpilot, Clara was the Social Media Director at isobel from November 2023 to March 2025, where leadership of the social team and oversight of digital work were key responsibilities. Clara's extensive experience includes a role as Senior Account Director at Grayling, where responsibilities encompassed new business, strategy, and team management across UK and DACH offices. Previous positions at Edelman ranged from Senior Digital Executive to Social Media Manager for Huawei, with earlier roles in various marketing and PR capacities. Clara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Psychology from the University of York and completed high school with a focus on English Literature, Psychology, and Drama at Sir William Borlase's Grammar School.
