Deborah Smith

Deborah Smith is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, holding senior positions at Trustpilot and Skyscanner. At Trustpilot since March 2021, Deborah serves as Senior Internal Communication Manager, having previously managed internal communications channels. Prior to this role, Deborah was with Skyscanner from June 2016 to March 2021, progressing from Internal Communications Executive to Senior Internal Communications Manager. Earlier career experiences include serving as Industry Communications Executive at VisitScotland and as Communications and Marketing Co-ordinator at Pelamis Wave Power. Additionally, Deborah held a press officer role during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Language and Lexicography from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language with Linguistics from The University of Sheffield.
