Joe Ansell is an experienced user researcher with a strong background in user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Trustpilot since April 2025, Joe previously held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Moonpig from July 2023 to May 2025. Prior to that, Joe worked as a UX Consultant at Bunnyfoot, the UK's leading user/customer experience agency, from September 2018 to July 2023. Joe holds a Master of Science in Human-Centered Interactive Technologies and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both obtained from the University of York.
