Thomas Merrigan

Thomas Merrigan currently serves as the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development at Trustpilot since September 2025. Previously, Thomas held the role of Head of Learning and Development at URBN from September 2023 to August 2025, where strategic leadership in designing a group-wide L&D strategy was emphasized. Prior experience includes positions at FARFETCH as Senior People Development Manager and People Development Manager, achieving significant business growth and leading key programs in conscious inclusion and senior leadership development. Thomas also has a background as Lead Group Coach at OSS Retail, Group Learning and Development Manager at Harvey Nichols, and various roles leading training initiatives at Hogarth Worldwide and Apple. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Music from the University of Westminster and a Foundation degree from Oxford Summer School.
