Previously, Bill held various management roles at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, overseeing mission-critical space programs and directing large teams in the development of advanced autonomous systems and robotic technologies. Bill possesses extensive experience collaborating with government agencies and industry leaders, driving strategic goals across complex aerospace initiatives. Bill earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.
