Gary Hooks

Gary Hooks is a Principal Consultant specialising in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), leading major cyber security incidents and providing expert guidance throughout the incident lifecycle. With experience across the EMEA region and globally, Gary has managed complex ransomware attacks and business email compromises. Previously, Gary served as a Detective Constable with Thames Valley Police and as an Incident Response and Digital Forensics Manager at SEROCU. Currently, Gary works as a Senior Incident Response Consultant at Trustwave, where they conduct digital forensic investigations and deliver proactive services tailored to clients' needs. Gary holds a degree in Applied Computing & Software Engineering from the University of Reading.
