Jay-Arr P. is a seasoned Cyber Threat Analyst with experience at Trustwave since July 2020, previously serving as a TAC Engineer focusing on SIEM support and managed threat detection. Prior to Trustwave, Jay-Arr worked at Concentrix as a NOC Engineer III and II, where responsibilities included incident management and team leadership for Google Fiber, and at SKY Cable Corporation as a NOC Engineer and Field Service Engineer, specializing in network appliances and broadband troubleshooting. Earlier roles include a Measuring Tech position with MicroSourcing and a brief stint at the Department of Transportation in the Philippines. Jay-Arr holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Notre Dame University and multiple certifications in networking and programming.
