Jess Coonrod

Jess Coonrod is an experienced professional in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as the Director of Support at Trustwave Government Solutions since September 2007. In this role, Jess manages a six-person team and oversees technical assistance, addressing escalated customer issues and managing all Managed Security Services concerns. Key achievements include the implementation of a new lab for testing software issues and establishing a streamlined product training schedule for new hires. Previously, Jess held the position of Senior SIEM Support Engineer, leading a global team of ten while providing primary support for Intellitactics Information Security Management software and handling database security tools. Additional experience includes roles at IT PRACTICE as a Field Installer, at PwC in Telecom Support, and an early career as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy. Jess earned an Associate's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and pursued studies at American InterContinental University and FastTrain of Clearwater.
