Joe Vodak

Joe Vodak is a Network Security Consultant at Trustwave since July 2015, specializing in internal and external network, systems, and physical penetration testing as part of the Network Penetration Testing Team. Previously, Joe served as a Sr. Systems & Network Analyst at McDonald's Corporation, where responsibilities included implementing endpoint security products and collaborating with the US Security team to address potential incidents. Joe's experience also encompasses roles such as Sr. Retail Technology Engineer at Ulta Salon, Cosmetics, & Fragrances Inc., where leadership was demonstrated during a WAN migration project, and as a Network Engineer/Analyst at McDonald's, focusing on a NewPOS migration project. Early career experience includes systems support management at Claire's, junior network engineering at PCC Valcom, and field technician roles at COMPUTER STAFFING. Joe holds ITIL Foundation v3 certification from Learning Tree and has additional educational background from MICROTRAIN, FIRST INSTITUTE, and UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX.
