Mark Domzal

Mark Domzal, CPA, CIA, CISA has significant experience in the field of internal audit and risk management. Mark has held various leadership roles in reputable companies such as Trustwave, Capital One, EY, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (US Cellular), and KPMG US.

At Trustwave, Mark served as the Global Chief Audit Executive and Vice President of Internal Audit. Mark led the transformation of the internal audit function, making it independent from management and reporting directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
