Qing Wang

Qing Wang has over 10 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity. They began their career as a Security Assistant at RMIT University in 2010. They later worked as a Network Security Assistant and Security Assistant at the same institution. In 2011, Qing Wang joined SportingData as a Network Support specialist. They then worked as a Penetration Tester at Cyber Security Hub® from October 2017 to June 2018. In 2018, they joined Hivint as a Technical Specialist before it became a part of Trustwave. Qing Wang currently holds the position of Principal Technical Specialist at Trustwave, where they previously served as a Senior Technical Specialist and Technical Specialist as well.

Qing Wang completed a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from RMIT University from 2008 to 2010. Qing Wang also obtained various certifications including CCIE R&S from Cisco in 2010, Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) in 2015, Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP) in 2016, and others from 2017 to 2023.
