Tom Sachen

Tom Sachen has over 17 years of experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of End User Services at Trustwave since October 2012, Tom has previously held roles including Manager and IT Support Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Technical Support Specialist at Elmhurst Public Schools, Technician at E2 Services, and Desktop Support Technician at Wight & Company. Tom began his career at CompUSA, progressing from Cashier to Assistant Sales Manager. Tom holds a BS in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
