Michael Albl

Michael Albl is a Senior Director of Customer Support at TrustYou, where they lead the Client Success team. Previously, they held various leadership roles at TrustYou, including Director of Client Success and Global Client Success Team Lead. Before joining TrustYou, Michael was a Team Leader in Customer Service at Google, managing a team responsible for productivity and quality management. They also served as the Head of Data Quality at rtv media group, overseeing employee management and process optimization. Michael earned a Magister degree in English and German Literature from Universität Augsburg, completing their studies in 2008.
