Kathlene Johnson

Kathlene Johnson is a dynamic leader in call center and training operations, currently serving as the Director of Training at Trutech Wildlife Service since 2021. Previously, they held various roles, including Director of Training, Delivery and Quality Assurance at Strategic Link, where they managed training programs for technology users and conducted needs assessments. With extensive experience spanning from management positions at EarthLink to training roles at Altisource, Kathlene has consistently focused on elevating performance metrics and enhancing the customer experience through effective training strategies. They earned a degree in Business Management from Oklahoma City University between 2002 and 2004.
