Rachel Shell

Rachel Shell (Walters) has a diverse background in marketing, communications, and customer service. Rachel currently serves as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Rollins, Inc. and has been a Field Recruiter at Trutech Wildlife Service since February 2024. Previous roles at Trutech include Customer Care Team Lead, Customer Care Specialist, and Wildlife Removal Specialist, with experience beginning in September 2019. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness from June 2016 to July 2019.
