Egide Thein has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Egide began their career in 1969 with the Luxembourg Armed Forces, where they commanded units and participated in military exercises with NATO. Egide achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before leaving in 1975. From 1975 to 1989, they served as Chief of Staff to Crown Prince Henri of Luxembourg at the Luxembourg Grand Ducal Palace. In 1989, they took on multiple roles within the Luxembourg Government, including Director of the Luxembourg Board of Economic Development and Consul General of Luxembourg in New York, where they also served as the spokesman for the European Union to the United Nation's Reconvened Session, 44th General Assembly. In 1995, they joined Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat, Luxembourg in New York as the General Representative for the Americas, a position they held until 2005. In 1996, they founded Truth Technologies, Inc. and has been serving as Chairman and Founder since then.

Egide Thein's education history begins in 1964 when they attended Ecole Royale Militaire in Brussels, Belgium. Egide pursued a degree in Social and Military Sciences, with a focus on Mechanics and Aerodynamics, and completed their studies in 1969.
