Truth Training is a strength based workout, programming and lifestyle series that involves a deep practice in foundational exercises.
Truth Training makes strength the first priority, all other components of fitness will evolve as strength improves.
As life and responsibilities become more complicated, one should never abandon their strength.

Truth Training based in East Hampton, NY is the Hampton's premier strength and elite functional fitness center.
