Marta Burchard

Marta Burchard has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, particularly within the packaging and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, Marta held the position of Global Engineering, Innovation & Sustainability Director at Truvant from November 2024 to February 2025, after serving as Continuous Improvement Manager in Poland for Sonoco from February 2020 to February 2021. Prior roles at Sonoco included positions as New Product Introduction Supervisor, Key Account and Pricing Leader, Commercial Leader, and Project Analyst. Marta's career began at Sonoco Poland Packaging Services as a Quality Implementation Coordinator and Business Process Auditor. With academic qualifications including a Master’s degree in Engineering and Applied Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and coursework from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, Marta is well-equipped for impactful contributions in engineering and sustainable practices.
