Ryan Dement is the founder and managing partner of TruVest. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to TruVest, Ryan was with Discover Financial Services as a department manager from 2011 to 2018. Before that, they were with Sallie Mae as the director of Department of Education Loan Services from 2007 to 2011. Ryan has also held leadership positions at Cappa Recovery & Collections and Allied Collection Services, Inc. Ryan started their career in 1999 as a senior operations manager at First Performance. Ryan has a proven track record of success in building and leading teams and driving results.
