Prior to that, they worked at Fiserv as a Content Management & Engineering IR Developer from August 2017 to March 2021. Before Fiserv, Dan worked at First Data Corporation as a Global Cyber Security and Fraud Analyst from August 2014 to March 2021, where they were responsible for developing SLAs for multiple business units and working on global deployments. Prior to that, they were an IT Security Analyst at CA Technologies from January 2013 to August 2014, where they gained expertise in SIEM and developed over 100 working rules/use-cases for QRadar SIEM. Dan'searlier experience includes working as an Assistant to Director and Technology Advisor at the Center for Community Inclusion from October 2010 to December 2013, where they managed network configurations and coordinated infrastructure operations.
