Eric Smith

Eric Smith is the current Director at Truveta and has over 12 years of experience in leadership roles. Eric was previously the Senior Vice President - Design, Digital, Data & Innovation at USAA. There, they were responsible for leading a team that created digital capabilities for members and employees across multiple lines of business. Eric also oversaw the company's mobile and .com development services, data and analytics, and innovation services. Under their leadership, USAA won multiple awards for their outstanding digital experiences.

Before joining USAA, Eric worked at the Memorial Hermann Health System where they held various positions in design and project management. Eric has a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

Eric Smith has a BS in Economics and Psychology from The University of Kansas. Eric also has Executive Education from Harvard Business School and Stanford University in the field of strategy and innovation.
