Cijo Joseph

Cijo Joseph has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles in the field of design and architecture. Cijo started their career as a Junior Architect at Morsy Consultants in 2012, where they gained experience in preparing presentations, working drawings, and overseeing residential project sites. Cijo then worked as a Project Architect at SMC India from 2014 to 2015, where they played a key role in construction projects for DRDO and the Government of India.

In 2015, Cijo joined Royal HaskoningDHV as a Planning Intern, where they gained valuable experience in the planning field. Cijo then moved on to Design Theater in 2017 as a Resident Architect, showcasing expertise in concept design, architectural drawings, and coordination with MEP Engineers.

Cijo's career progressed as they joined Flipspaces in 2018 as a Design Manager, managing a team and spearheading premium office interior projects. In 2019, they worked as a Community Manager at HomeLane, providing leadership to a design team and ensuring efficient design operations.

In 2020, Cijo joined Design Cafe as a Manager - L&D, leading the learning and OD function for a large workforce across multiple cities. Cijo played a crucial role in building and delivering training programs for different verticals.

From 2022 to 2023, Cijo served as Deputy General Manager L&D at NoBroker.com, where they developed and implemented an effective training strategy aligned with the company's goals. Cijo oversaw the design, development, and delivery of training programs and formulated policies to optimize project life cycles.

Currently, Cijo holds the position of Head of Design at Truww, starting in 2023.

Cijo Joseph completed their education as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Technology - MTech degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

- From 2007 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch degree in Architecture from National Institute of Technology Raipur.

- From 2004 to 2006, they completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from St Josephs Boys HSS.

- From 2000 to 2004, they accomplished their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates (SSLC) from St.Josephs boys higher secondary school.
