Nicholas McAfee

Nicholas McAfee has over seven years of experience in supply chain and sales management. In 2021, they joined Trux as the Director of Commercial Management and Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Growth. In this role, they scaled demand planning activities and achieved 25%+ YoY volume growth and 4%+ YoY fill rate improvement. From 2016-2019, McAfee worked at Imprivata as the Senior Supply Chain Planner and Supply Chain Planner. In this role, they conducted bi-weekly calls with vendors on forecasts to achieve 98% on-time shipments and implemented and tracked SLAs with vendors.

In 2016, McAfee worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Independent Electric Supply-IES Buy. In this role, they met 2016 Annual Sales and Profit goals by July, 2016, increased sales, promoted loyalty, and catalyzed retention by selling equipment and providing troubleshooting, assistance, and answers to questions for a diverse clientele. Nicholas also managed large scale lighting and switchgear projects to meet construction schedules.

McAfee began their career in 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative at Graybar. In this role, they were the recipient of the Top Sales Award for the month of July 2015 and was proficient in SAP processes. Nicholas also holds a National Association of Electrical Distributors Bronze EPEC Certification.

Nicholas McAfee attended Fitchburg State University from 2010 to 2011 as part of a Dual Enrollment program during their high school years. Nicholas then went on to attend Bryant University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
