Stine Ekstrøm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stine began their career in 2009 as a Butikkmedarbeider at Sparkjøp AS, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to become a Barista at Dromedar Kaffebar, a role they held for three years.

In 2014, Stine took on an internship at IKEA Group in the market department, focusing on optimizing the commerciality of their local websites and contributing to the development of the IKEA FAMILY membership base.

From 2015 to 2015, Stine worked at Råd AS as an Internship Project, where they primarily focused on marketing activities to increase awareness and downloads of the SmartHelp app. Stine developed marketing plans, designed leaflets and posters, and communicated with various target audiences.

Stine then joined TRY Opt in 2016 as a Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns. In 2018, they transitioned to become an SEO Advisor and Subject Responsible, providing consulting services and expertise in SEO. In February 2021, they were promoted to Head of SEO, a role they currently hold. Stine's work experience at TRY Opt spans over five years.

Stine Ekstrøm obtained a Bachelor's degree in Market Communication from BI Norwegian Business School from 2012 to 2015. Before that, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a one-year program in Movement Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
