Jason Welch

Jason Welch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jason is currently the Director of Data Architecture at Elevate - An Elm Street Technology Solution since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at IDX, LLC for over a decade, starting as a Freelance Web Developer at jwelchdesign from October 2002 to April 2009. Jason then progressed to roles including Web Developer, Senior Application Engineer, and eventually became the Lead Application Engineer. In this capacity, they were responsible for leading the technical aspects of the IDX Broker application, including product development, code quality, troubleshooting, and leading the Output team.
