Stephanie Chavira

Stephanie Chavira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Stephanie is currently working as the Director of Agile Development at Elm Street Technology since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CLEARGOALS from September 2019 to January 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. From June 2017 to April 2019, Stephanie was an IT Project Manager at CTIntegrations, LLC. Stephanie also worked at DriveTime from August 2013 to February 2017, holding various roles including IT Project Manager, IT Technical Project Manager, IT Telecom Specialist I, Training Supervisor, and Senior Loan Advisor.

Stephanie Chavira attended the University of Houston from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In addition to their degree, Stephanie has also obtained various certifications. Stephanie earned the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt™ Certification (CSSGB™) from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in October 2022. In May 2022, they obtained the Confluence Fundamentals Badge, Jira Service Management Fundamentals, and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian. Prior to that, in December 2021, Stephanie completed the Project Management: Technical Projects course on LinkedIn. Stephanie also completed various Agile-related courses, such as Agile Development in the New World of Work, Agile Software Development, and Scrum: The Basics, all in October 2021. Furthermore, Stephanie acquired Project Management Foundations: Communication and Project Management Foundations: Risk certifications from LinkedIn in February 2021. Lastly, Stephanie has achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2022, as well as the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification in April 2017.
