Julia Ama

Julia Ama is a co-founder and currently serves as the CFO and COO at Grlswirl, a grassroots skateboarding collective and lifestyle brand. They have extensive experience in product management, having worked with companies such as Tinder and ZipRecruiter, where they launched innovative features and led product initiatives. Julia also has a background in engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, where they were a Division 1 NCAA All-American swimmer. Currently, they are the Product Lead at Try Your Best and the founder of Ama Studio, focused on product consulting and project work for seed-stage companies.
