Daniel's culinary expertise was honed as Executive Chef at Primrose Bakery, overseeing multiple kitchens and leading a team in recipe development and client engagements. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Kitchen Manager at The Hummingbird Bakery. Daniel holds a foundation degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the University of West London and has a strong academic background with a GCSE completion at Mellow Lane School.
