Ankita Nevgi possesses extensive experience in customer experience management, having served in the role of Customer Experience at Line since June 2021. Prior to this position, Ankita was a Student Mentor at upGrad from November 2019 to June 2021 and worked as a Quality Coach at Tech Mahindra from May 2017 to August 2019. Ankita holds a BLS/LLB degree in Law, completed between 2012 and 2017, following education at Chinmaya Vidyalaya from 1999 to 2012.
