Customer Experience Specialist, Student Relations at Designlab

Katie Prutzman is currently a Customer Experience Specialist, Student Relations at Designlab. Prior to this, they were a Strategic Account Manager at JetBrains from November 2015 to June 2021. In this role, Katie was responsible for fostering relationships with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 customers, operating as the main point of contact for any and all matters related to assigned accounts, and leading multiple stakeholders through customer development, account planning, and purchasing options to ensure needs were met. Katie also served as a liaison between legal teams and business development to set expectations and negotiate custom contracts, utilized reporting to monitor engagement, growth, and retention to perform outreach, hosted discovery calls to assess and support expansion opportunities, and created sales campaigns to inform customers about account optimization, purchasing opportunities, and new releases.

Before JetBrains, Katie worked as a Program Analyst at Nations Photo Lab from February 2014 to January 2016. In this role, Katie was responsible for providing analysis and support for the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives. Katie also conducted research on program effectiveness and provided recommendations for improvements.

Katie began their career as a Marketing & Sales Representative at Discover Lehigh Valley from May 2013 to March 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to promote tourism in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. Katie also assisted with sales initiatives and provided customer service support.

Katie Prutzman's educational career began with their attending Northwestern Lehigh High School. Katie then went on to study at York College of Pennsylvania, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
